Each session's images are uploaded to a unique, password-protected account, and the password is given only to the account holder. Safeguard this as you would any other password, and share it only with those whom you wish to grant access.

Into each Northwest life some rain must fall. Generally, if a game can be played, a game can be shot. However, if we feel the rain is sufficient to impact image quality, we'll schedule a re-shoot.

Each session fee reserves a unique time slot and is therefore non-refundable for cancellations within 72 hours. In certain circumstances, we may allow a session to be transferred to a teammate's family. Please contact us as soon as you know a scheduling issue has arisen.

Several variables will imapct this including your session length, the amount of your child's playing time and game conditions. These factors aside, our aim is to deliver between 40 and 100 shots per half hour session.

For issues of a non-technical nature, it is important to realize in advance that we work within limitations. For example, we cannot capture action that does not happen. Likewise, there may be other factors beyond our control that could cause a missed shot. The good news is, we take the job of photographing your child's game seriously. We take a lot of pictures, so there will be plenty of great choices.

During the ordering process, you'll have a choice between two independent labs for your prints. Both are professional labs that provide outstanding service and results. The pricing for either choice is the same, the difference being that EZ-Prints uses Fuji printers and archival paper. MPix uses Kodak products for color and Ilford for black & white.

Absolutely. We offer smaller, web-ready versions as well as full-resolution files that will print up to 20"x30" in size. Both are available through the "View Your Images" section of the website.

Sure, this happens fairly often. In such a case we’ll transfer your session onto a 70-year archival CD. This way you’ll have the entire collection to print as you wish and cherish forever. Please contact us for details and pricing information.
